Changing Plans

1

Go to Admin > Billing > Plans

Open the billing section.
2

Select a new plan

Click Change Plan and select the desired tier.
3

Review changes

See what features you gain or lose, and the price difference.
4

Confirm

Click Confirm Change. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
When upgrading, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. When downgrading, your current plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

Downgrade Considerations

If you downgrade and exceed the lower plan’s limits:
  • Extra users — You will need to deactivate users to meet the new limit before the downgrade takes effect
  • Extra custom fields — Existing fields remain but you cannot create new ones until you are under the limit
  • Extra workflows — Excess workflows are paused (not deleted); reactivate them if you upgrade again

Billing Cycles

Plans are available in two billing cycles:
  • Monthly — Pay month-to-month with flexibility to cancel anytime
  • Annual — Pay upfront for the year and save (typically 15-20% discount)
Annual billing offers significant savings. If you are committed to SalesOS, switching to annual billing reduces your per-month cost.
