Badges

SalesOS uses a badge system powered by the OpenBadges standard to recognize and reward sales achievements. Badges are visual tokens that appear on your profile and can be shared externally.

How Badges Work

Badges are awarded automatically when you meet specific criteria. Each badge has:
  • Name — The badge title
  • Description — What the badge represents
  • Visual — A unique icon/image
  • Criteria — The specific conditions required to earn it
  • Points — Bonus points awarded when earned
  • Rarity — How difficult the badge is to earn

Viewing Your Badges

Navigate to the Badges section in the sidebar to see:
  • Earned Badges — All badges you have earned, with the date earned
  • Available Badges — Badges you can still earn, with progress indicators
  • Locked Badges — Badges with hidden criteria that are revealed as you get closer

Progress Tracking

For badges with numeric criteria (like “Close 10 deals”), you can see your current progress as a percentage bar. This helps you know exactly how close you are to earning the next badge.
