Sales Challenges

Challenges are time-limited competitions created by managers or administrators to drive specific sales behaviors. They add an extra layer of motivation on top of the regular ranking system.

How Challenges Work

A challenge defines:
  • Goal — What participants need to achieve (e.g., close 5 deals, generate $50K revenue)
  • Duration — Start and end date
  • Participants — Who is eligible (individual reps, specific teams, or everyone)
  • Reward — Bonus points, badges, or other recognition for winners
  • Metric — How progress is measured

Active Challenges

Navigate to the Challenges section in the sidebar to see:
  • Active Challenges — Currently running challenges you can participate in
  • Upcoming — Challenges scheduled to start soon
  • Completed — Past challenges with final results

Challenge Card

Each active challenge displays:
  • Challenge name and description
  • Time remaining (countdown)
  • Your current progress vs the goal
  • Leaderboard of top participants
  • Prize or reward information

Types of Challenges

Close deals totaling a specific revenue amount within the challenge period. Example: “Generate $100K in new business this month.”
Close a specific number of deals. Example: “Close 10 deals this week.”
Create and qualify a target number of leads. Example: “Qualify 30 new leads this month.”
Complete a target number of activities. Example: “Make 50 prospect calls this week” or “Log 20 meeting notes this month.”
Achieve a target conversion rate from leads to deals. Example: “Maintain 25% or higher conversion rate this quarter.”
A collective goal where the entire team works together. Example: “As a team, close $500K this month.” Individual contributions are tracked but the goal is shared.

  • Top 3 — Some challenges reward the top three performers
  • All completers — Some challenges reward everyone who met the goal
Rewards typically include:
  • Bonus gamification points
  • Exclusive badges
  • Public recognition in the team feed
  • Custom rewards set by your administrator

Managers create challenges from the Admin panel. If you have an idea for a challenge, suggest it to your manager — great challenges come from the team.
